Use License

Trip Planning & Voting

TripVote provides tools for collaborative trip planning. You understand that:

• Voting results are non-binding and for coordination purposes only
• TripVote does not guarantee the accuracy of destination or activity information
• You are responsible for verifying travel requirements (visas, vaccinations, etc.)
• TripVote is not a travel agency and does not book travel services
• Budget information shared is for planning purposes and not financial advice

Intellectual Property

TripVote and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TripVote and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

User Content

By posting content on TripVote (trip names, comments, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with providing our services. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post it.

Disclaimer

TripVote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TripVote, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the service, including but not limited to travel plans that do not materialize or disputes between trip participants.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to TripVote immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
